I hope you are making a good recovery from surgery. I wanted to share this information. It might be useful.

Nat'l Institutes of Health, Pub Med.  "The gut-eye axis:  the retinal/ocular degenerative diseases and the emergent therapeutic strategies."

Inflammation in the gut could be the problem. You may be eating things that are undermining your eye health. There are many culprits but the chief culprit could be highly processed seed oils used in many things and for cooking and it takes a couple of years for the effects to clear your system. Perhaps you already know about this. You might have to re-evaluate your diet.

I appreciate your breakdowns of the situation in the ME. It is depressing but there it is.

I stand with Iran, Palestine, Lebanon, Somalia, and Sudan. The US is one of the big reasons the ME is a mess. And Israel of course

Whether you split the other topics off or not, the main thing I think would be more clarity. Too many asides, too much detail. To my taste, say 50% less, keep it clearer. For the Movies, could you get amongst your circles a narrator? When it is doomy sounds, dark material, montone at times voice, it is hard to watch, its too depressive. If you want to explain JFK, I think you need to be able to summaries it in say 1 minute. Then break it down. Assume you are teaching to somewhere in the middle level of a class. Just my opinion, thanks for all you do
