NC coast going under water

As I explained before it has nothing to do with global warming and it is not simple nature doing what nature does. This is a combination of the Navy, the NSP, and the Dare County government meddling.

Before you say why did they build houses next to the ocean? They didn’t. When those homes were built the ocean was hundreds of yards away. People have been fighting desperately with the NC government for beach nourishment for decades. The problem is pseudo environmental groups that block protection so that people’s homes and businesses are destroyed. Then rich Yankees and chain stores buy everything up cheap and then and only then does the law suddenly change but only for their properties.

All of those are going to be gone or are already gone. I am fighting this. The country agreed to fix 1 of the 3 broke jetties. And they will pump sand that will last about two years and then blow away. What we need is a break water. I am on this. We designed this T-shirt to help fund raise. Basically this is to send me to DC and to Raleigh to lobby because frankly no one else is going to do it. I wish they would. Two of my brothers are doing news interviews and talking to the nearly deaf county commissioners. You have to understand 6 of the 7 of them live “north of the bridge” and do not really care if their competition washes away.
