Just what is Holocaust revisionism? Are they crypto Neo-Nazis? Do they say the Holocaust didn’t happen? Are they closet White Supremacist trying to minimize 20th century horrors? None of the above.
Although there are people, usually incel groyper types that attempt to use Revisionist talking points, normally ones that they made up or purposely misconstrued, who try to present as revisionist. There also a half genuine anti-communist types who think they can exonerate Hitler by saying well Stalin and Mao were worse. OK those type of people exist. There are also those who think Hitler was fighting the Rothschild-illuminati or whatever. I have heard it all. We can say the same thing about 911 research, where the majority rejecting the government version adopt an equally asinine kook version that denies airplanes and then accuses anyone disagreeing with them of being a government shill.
But like 911, when it comes to the Holocaust, I reject both the kooks and the bootlickers. The problem is, you are not allowed to have a discussion about it. You legally can’t even repeat what mainstream historians say (in many states) because it’s not as fantastically horrible as the Steven Spielberg version needs it to be. And there is no good reason for this.
Millions of people were murdered. But they were not turned into soap and furniture. Adding these weird exaggerations doesn’t really add anything other than to be so ridiculous that people start dismissing claims that are actually true. Censoring discussion also discredits what is taught because people know they are legally not allowed to doubt any aspect of it.
This should go without saying but unfortunately in today’s age nuance is dead.

WWII was a horrendous event which would have been avoidable had we learned the lessons of WWI.
These talks are not Holocaust “denial” virtually no revisionist position denies the enslavement and murders of Jews and other enemies of the state in camps through out Poland and Germany. The issue is the degree and methods which matter because without the atrocity porn, WWII is no longer good vs evil but states vs states just like WWI. The lessons about land annexation and collectively brutalizing the innocent have still not been learned.
Exaggerating an atrocity for profit is one of the lowest things a human being can do. Every lie about the Holocaust undermines the very real truth about what happened which doesn’t need any exaggerations. The psych war has effected generations of people not even born during the war and it has an impact on modern war propaganda.
Most of what people think is historical about the Holocaust actually comes from Hollywood and other movies. It has created an ongoing exaggerated effect where nothing no matter how ridiculous can be rejected as a lie. We saw a similar thing happen on Oct 7th. Rejecting 40 beheading babies is not “Oct 7th denial.” It is also not antisemitic. There were no rapes or babies in ovens or corpse hung on clotheslines or mean play football with lopped off breasts.
It does not make one pro or anti what the Palestinian resistance did. The Hannible Directive is real and it accounted for almost a quarter of the deaths on Oct 7. This is back by forensic evidence, witnesses, film and confessions. Well likewise, im sad to say much of the deaths from starvation in the concentration camps were also abetting by the allies policies or destroying rails and starving Germans, they knew the effect it would have on prisoners and chalk it up to acceptable casualties. You see BOTH parties are guilty here this is not a light switch game of one or the other. Admitting this does not make one pro Axis powers either.
