A viewer asked me to defend the use of a confederate flag because they had a debate about it coming up. I hate being the debate “phone a friend” but since they paid me, that’s different. I have no problem being a debate mercenary. Below was my adlib response to defending the confederate flag from accusation of racism and the trite baloney we often here from control freaks who try to moralize their obsession with trying to give people orders.
